Resend Your Welcome Email
Signing up for Benecaster sends you two emails: one to set your password, and a welcome email with the plugin download and the three steps to connect your site. If the welcome email is gone — deleted, filtered, or never arrived — you can have it sent again here.

What arrives
The same welcome email you were sent at signup: the plugin download link and the connect steps. Nothing about your account changes, and nothing is reset.
It goes to the address you type, not to any other address on the account. If you have more than one, use the one you signed up with.
It is queued rather than sent instantly, so give it a few minutes before trying again. That delay is deliberate — see below.
If you can already sign in, you do not need this
Everything the welcome email contains is on your account page at benecaster.com/my-account/: the Downloads panel has the plugin and every add-on you are entitled to, and Connected shows has your site connections. A resend is the slower route to the same place.
If you cannot sign in
That is a different problem, and a resend will not solve it — the welcome email has never contained your password. Use “Lost your password?” on the sign-in page. A fresh set-password link arrives, valid for 24 hours.
If you do not know which address you used
Neither this form nor the password reset can help, because both need the address to start from. Email support@benecaster.com from any address you might have used and we will find the account.
Why the confirmation is worded the way it is
After you submit, the page says the email is on its way if that address has a Benecaster account — rather than confirming outright that it was sent.
That is deliberate, and it is not us being vague. The form is open to anyone: it does not ask you to sign in, because the whole point is to help people who cannot. A page that confirmed an email had been sent would confirm, to anyone who typed an address into it, that the address belongs to a Benecaster customer. So the message reads the same whether or not there is an account behind the address, and the send is queued rather than immediate so that the timing does not give the answer away either.
The practical consequence for you: if nothing arrives, check the address before assuming the form failed. A typo produces exactly the same confirmation as a success.
If nothing arrives
- Check the spam folder, and search for
notifications@benecaster.com. - Check the address. A near-miss looks identical to a success on this form.
- Wait a few minutes. The email is queued, not sent while you wait.
- Do not resend repeatedly. Requests are rate limited — after a few attempts in an hour, further ones are quietly discarded and you will see the same confirmation without an email being sent. Wait an hour, or email support@benecaster.com.
