Built for podcasters running more than one show.

Multi-Show is for podcasters running multiple shows: a main show and a bonus feed, a network of related shows, or a podcast split across separate audience tiers. Up to 3 shows — on one WordPress installation or spread across several. Every show gets its own subscriber management, its own feeds, its own tier structure, under one license.

Unlimited paying subscribers across all your shows. Unlimited total tokens. Migration Wizard is included, so you can bring your audience over from any platform you’re leaving.

Multi-Show covers most medium and large independent podcasters. If you’re running a larger network with more than 3 shows, or you want all add-ons handled without buying them individually, or you want to ensure that you are at the top of the list in the event of a problem, Studio is worth a look.

Everything in Pro, plus up to 3 shows.

  • Up to 3 shows — across any number of WordPress installations
  • Unlimited paying subscribers across all shows
  • Unlimited total tokens across all shows
  • Includes Migration Wizard — migrate subscribers from Patreon, Supercast, or any platform you’re leaving
  • Private subscriber RSS feeds with token authentication
  • Multiple subscription tiers — set different release dates per tier
  • Episode management with full podcast RSS metadata
  • MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, and Restrict Content Pro bridges
  • Subscriber management dashboard
  • Welcome email with personal RSS URL and deep links to podcast apps
  • Token reset — admin and subscriber-initiated
  • Subscriber self-service account dashboard with QR code
  • Basic subscriber analytics
  • Full data export per show
  • 30-day money-back guarantee

Each show gets its own configuration: independent subscriber management and dashboard, independent tier structure and availability dates, separate RSS feeds per tier, separate email templates (with Email Editor add-on), and show-level analytics (with Analytics Dashboard add-on). A show switcher in the Benecaster admin lets you switch context and see only that show’s data.

One show per plan — until Multi-Show.

Launch, Starter, Growth, and Pro all include one active show. The Add Show button is disabled and any attempt to create a second show is hard-blocked — there’s no grace period.

Multi-Show lifts that to 3 shows. You can add and remove shows freely up to that limit, and use all Benecaster features independently per show.

Each show has its own subscriber list and token pool. A subscriber to Show A does not automatically get access to Show B — tokens are show-specific.

Multi-Show or Studio?

Multi-Show covers most independent podcasters — even large ones. Studio is designed for three situations: podcasters running more than 3 shows, podcasters who want all add-ons included without managing or purchasing them individually, and podcasters who want priority access when something needs attention.

Multi-Show Studio
Shows Up to 3 Unlimited
Unlimited subscribers
All add-ons included
Priority support ✓ Direct access
Migration + Setup included $1,499 Included
Annual price $349 $1,199

If you want to manage add-ons yourself — or buy only the ones you need — Multi-Show is the more economical choice. If you’re running a network with more than 3 shows, or you want everything handled from day one, Studio is worth the difference.

Do I need separate shows for paid and free subscribers?

No. A single show in Benecaster can have any number of subscription tiers — paid, free, or both. Paid subscribers and free-tier listeners are different membership levels within the same show, each with their own episode availability windows and, if you choose, their own private feed. You only need a second show if you’re running a genuinely separate podcast with different content and a separate audience.

This is a common assumption from platforms where tiers feel like separate products. In Benecaster, tiers are a scheduling and access control layer within one podcast — not separate feeds that require separate shows. One show, multiple tiers.

What's the difference between Multi-Show and Studio?

Multi-Show supports up to 3 shows and unlimited subscribers. Studio supports unlimited shows and unlimited subscribers, includes all current and future add-ons, priority support, and Migration + Setup Service.

Choose Multi-Show if you’re running 2–3 shows and want to select your add-ons individually.

Choose Studio if you need more than 3 shows, want every add-on without managing purchases, or want the setup and support included.

Can I share my Multi-Show or Studio license with another podcaster?

No. Multi-Show and Studio are multi-site licenses for your own shows — not to share with collaborators, friends, or colleagues. Every site activated under your license must be a podcast you own and operate.

If someone else wants to use Benecaster, they need their own license. The free tier supports up to 10 paying subscribers at no cost — it’s a real starting point, not a demo.

Sharing your license key for use on a show you don’t own and operate violates the acceptable use terms. Benecaster may terminate all shows on your license if a violation is confirmed, including the shows that are legitimately yours. See Running Multiple Shows for more on how show management works.
