Add-on: Podcast Workflow
$99/year
Production workflow tools for professional podcast operations — guest previews, episode status tracking, and editorial collaboration built into Benecaster.
From recording to publish — tracked.
Podcast Workflow adds the production layer that serious shows need: a way to share episodes before they’re public, a structured path from draft to published, and a collaborative space for notes and tasks.
Guest Preview
Generate time-limited preview tokens for unpublished episodes. Share with guests, sponsors, or co-hosts before publication. Each preview page includes the episode player and a private feedback form with optional timestamp references — guests can note a correction at a specific moment. Track who’s viewed the preview and revoke tokens from the dashboard when you’re done.
Editorial Tools
- Episode status workflow: Draft → Review → Approved → Scheduled → Published
- Pre-publish checklists — confirm everything is in place before an episode goes live
- Production notes and co-host collaboration notes per episode
- Task assignment for team workflows
Who it’s for: Shows with more than one person in the production process, or solo podcasters who want a structured pre-publish review step.
Even More Powerful With
- Content Calendar — episode workflow status surfaces as card indicators on the calendar view; drag-and-drop rescheduling works alongside the Editorial status gates so your production schedule and your publish schedule stay in sync.
- Guest Manager — guest profiles are linked directly from the episode editor; guest confirmation status appears in the Episode Workbench alongside the pre-publish checklist.
- Chapter Markers — chapter count and a direct link to the chapter editor appear as a tile in the Episode Workbench, so chapters become a checkable pre-publish item.
- Sponsor Manager — sponsor assignment confirmation appears as a tile in the Episode Workbench; assigned sponsors are listed with per-sponsor checkboxes before an episode goes live.
