Can Benecaster import my Castos subscriber list?

Yes. The Migration Wizard accepts Castos CSV exports using the same import flow as Patreon migrations. Upload your Castos subscriber export, map your plan names to Benecaster subscription tiers, set a grace period, and the wizard creates private feed URLs and sends your subscribers a migration email sequence. Their access stays intact throughout the transition.

If your audio files are hosted on Castos, you’ll need to move them before cancelling your account — Castos-hosted audio URLs stop working when your subscription closes. Export your audio files and re-upload them to a podcast host you control (Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Captivate, etc.), then update the audio URLs on your episodes before initiating the migration.
