At 10, you’ve hit the free tier cap. Your existing subscribers keep their private feeds unaffected. Subscribers who join after the cap is reached get the public feed instead — their private access activates automatically as soon as you upgrade to Starter.

Starter is $79/year. At 10 paying subscribers charging $10/month, it pays for itself in the first month.
