Yes. Benecaster’s tier mapping is many-to-one: any number of membership products, levels, or plans can map to the same Benecaster tier. This is the standard way to offer the same access level at different price points — monthly and annual billing, regional pricing, a student discount rate, a legacy founding-member price.
How this works depends on which membership plugin you use:

WooCommerce Subscriptions — use product variations. All variations of a parent subscription product map to the same tier automatically via the parent product ID. See Can I use WooCommerce product variations with Benecaster?
Paid Memberships Pro — create separate membership levels and map each one to the same tier. There is no limit on how many PMPro levels can map to the same Benecaster tier. See How do I offer monthly and annual billing options in PMPro?
Restrict Content Pro — create separate subscription levels and map each one to the same tier. Benecaster checks all of a subscriber’s active levels and grants the appropriate access. See How do I offer monthly and annual billing options in RCP?
MemberPress — create separate membership plans and map each one to the same tier.

In all cases, a subscriber only needs one active membership that maps to the tier — Benecaster grants the appropriate access regardless of which product or billing option they purchased.
