Why did I get two charges?

If you purchased a recurring add-on alongside your plan, you’ll see two separate charges — one for your plan subscription and one for your add-on subscription. They are billed on independent schedules.

This is by design. Recurring add-ons are annual-only, while your plan can be billed monthly or annually. Running them on separate subscriptions means a failed add-on renewal can’t affect your plan, and each can be managed independently.

One-time add-ons (like the Migration Wizard) are charged once at checkout on the same invoice as your plan. They don’t renew and won’t appear as a second ongoing charge.
