Subscribers can click Alice Smith’s name and land on her archive page — every episode, in order, automatically maintained. You update her headshot once and it appears everywhere.
Create a profile once in the episode editor, link it to any number of episodes, and let Guest Manager handle the rest. The public archive page builds itself as new episodes publish. The cross-episode history updates automatically. Change a guest’s title or photo and it propagates across your entire archive in one edit.

When diarization is active, map speaker labels in the transcript editor directly to Guest Manager profiles — “Speaker 1” becomes the guest’s actual name everywhere the transcript appears, in the on-page transcript, SRT/VTT exports, and RSS output. With AI Search active, search your back catalog from the admin by guest name, bio, or topic — “which episodes did we cover systems thinking with Bob Jones?” — without leaving the backend.
Guest Manager gives guests an identity. Transcription puts their name on what they said. AI Search makes your back catalog findable from the admin.
