Add-on: CRM Sync — Zoho
$99/year — Business Tools add-on. Not included in the All Add-ons Bundle.
Your podcast subscriber data, in the CRM your team already uses.
For teams running Zoho CRM.
Your podcast reaches prospects and customers. Zoho CRM is where your team tracks those relationships. Right now the two are completely separate — a contact in Zoho could be an active subscriber who’s listened to every episode this quarter, and Zoho would show nothing. Your team makes decisions without that context.
CRM Sync — Zoho connects the two. Subscriber events from Benecaster — new subscription, tier change, cancellation, engagement signals — flow to the matching contact’s activity timeline in Zoho automatically. Your team sees who’s listening, at which tier, and when engagement changed, without leaving the tool they already work in. The integration is region-aware, routing to the correct Zoho datacenter automatically during setup.
Right for: Organizations using Zoho CRM who run a podcast as part of their marketing or customer engagement strategy.
What gets synced.
- New subscriber — Activity Timeline entry on the matching Zoho contact; contact fields populated for tier name, show, subscription date, and last active date
- Tier change — logged as an activity entry with before/after tier
- Cancellation — activity entry with reason if available
- Engagement signals — feed inactivity logged after a configurable number of quiet days; useful for re-engagement workflows in Zoho
- Contact matching by email address; existing records enriched, not duplicated
- Region-aware routing — setup captures your Zoho datacenter region (US / EU / IN / AU / JP) and routes accordingly; no manual configuration of API endpoints required
