Page Notes (Read Before Editing)
Who this page is for:
Established podcasters already operating at scale — someone with a large existing audience who wants a single purchase decision that covers everything, values their time over the cost difference between Studio and assembling the equivalent from parts, and for whom priority support is a real consideration.
This is not a page for podcasters who are just starting out. Do not try to make Studio sound like a good deal for someone with 50 subscribers. It isn’t. The pricing page and free tier are the right place for them.
What Studio is and isn’t:
Studio is not a different product. It is not a higher tier with exclusive features. The core feature set is identical across all paid plans. Studio is a packaging decision: all add-ons included, priority support, early beta access, and the Setup Service at a discount. Its value is convenience, predictability, and the removal of ongoing decisions — not access to different tools.
Phase 1 honesty:
Studio is most compelling as a Phase 2 offering (built-in membership, no external plugin required). For Phase 1 Studio customers, Benecaster still requires a subscription plugin (MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, etc.) for payment handling. The Setup Service is the honest bridge — we configure the subscription plugin as part of onboarding so the customer never has to engage with that complexity. This should be stated clearly, not buried.
What this page does not do:
- Does not pretend Studio features are different from Pro or Multi-Show features
- Does not obscure the Phase 1 subscription plugin requirement
- Does not position Setup Service as only for Studio — it’s available standalone for any tier

What Studio Includes
Section label: Everything in one plan.
All add-ons. Current and future.
Studio includes every Benecaster add-on — at launch and as new ones ship. When a new add-on becomes available, it’s in your Studio plan automatically. No purchase decision. No evaluating whether it’s worth $49 or $79. No managing separate add-on renewals.
At launch that means: Migration Wizard, Email Editor, Blocks & Widgets Library, Guest Manager, Analytics Dashboard, Transcription Service, AI Search, Outlinks — plus every add-on that ships after you purchase. (Standard Search is a core feature included at every plan level — not an add-on.)
This includes add-ons that aren’t built yet. The Content Calendar, Podcast Workflow, Chapter Markers, Sponsor Manager, and everything on the roadmap beyond them — included when they ship, without any action on your part.
Unlimited subscribers. Unlimited shows.
Studio has no subscriber cap and no show limit. Run one show, run twelve shows, run a podcast network — same plan. No per-subscriber charges, no overage warnings, no upgrade prompts.
Priority support — straight to the people who built it.
Studio accounts have a dedicated support response queue. When something’s wrong with your subscriber feeds or your setup, you’re talking directly to the people who built the plugin — not a tier-one support agent reading from a knowledge base.
That means help with the actual problem, not a ticket hand-off. If a hosting configuration issue or plugin conflict is causing your problem, you’ll get useful guidance, not “that’s out of scope.”
For a podcaster with thousands of subscribers, a broken feed is not a minor inconvenience — it’s listeners missing episodes and potentially churning. Priority support is priced into Studio because it’s worth something real at scale.
Early beta access.
Studio subscribers get access to new features before they’re publicly available. Test them on your setup, provide feedback, and know what’s coming before it ships.
The Setup Service
Section label: Don’t want to configure it yourself?
The Setup Service is Benecaster fully installed, configured, and — if you’re migrating — with your subscribers moved, before you touch anything.
It’s available to any Benecaster customer. With Studio, Migration + Setup ($1,499 standalone) is included free. If you’re buying Studio, this is how you go from purchase to a fully-configured, subscriber-ready setup without touching a thing.
Standard Setup
Price: $499
Available to: Any Benecaster plan.
What’s included:
- Benecaster installed on your WordPress site
- Subscription plugin selected, installed, and configured (MemberPress or WooCommerce Subscriptions — we handle the entire setup, not just the Benecaster side)
- Subscription tiers created and connected
- Private feed provisioning confirmed and tested
- Subscriber account page live and styled
- Email templates reviewed and customized
- Walkthrough call on completion — you understand how everything works before we’re done
Right for: Podcasters who are comfortable with WordPress but want the setup done correctly from the start and don’t want to spend days on configuration.
Migration + Setup (Included free with Studio)
Price: $1,499 standalone — included free with Studio
Available to: Any Benecaster plan (free with Studio; $1,499 for all other plans).
Everything in Standard Setup, plus:
- Audio hosting review and migration support (for Patreon podcasters hosting audio on Patreon — we ensure this is resolved before subscriber migration begins)
- Patreon or Supercast subscriber import — we run the Migration Wizard, map your tiers, configure the grace period
- Migration email sequence reviewed and tested before it goes to your audience
- Migration dashboard monitoring during the grace period — we handle re-sends for non-completers
- 30-day post-migration support included
Right for: Podcasters with an existing audience on Patreon or Supercast who want the migration managed, not just the tool handed to them.
White-Glove Launch
Price: Custom quote
Available to: Established podcasters with large existing audiences. Contact us to discuss.
For podcasters launching at scale or migrating a large, complex subscriber base. We scope the engagement based on your situation.
Typically includes: everything in Migration + Setup plus subscription plugin selection consultation, tier structure and pricing strategy advice, custom template design coordination, custom email sequence strategy, phased migration planning for large audiences, and ongoing check-ins through the first 60–90 days.
Right for: Podcasters with thousands of subscribers, multiple shows, or complex tier structures where a standard migration scope needs expanding.

Studio vs the Alternatives
Section label: Run the numbers.
Studio is not the right choice for every Benecaster customer. Here’s an honest comparison.
| Multi-Show + All Add-ons Bundle | Studio | |
|---|---|---|
| Unlimited subscribers + shows | ✓ | ✓ |
| All current add-ons | Bundle $499/year | ✓ Included |
| Future add-ons | Included in bundle renewals | ✓ Included automatically |
| Priority support | — | ✓ Straight to the people who built it |
| Early beta access | — | ✓ |
| Migration + Setup Service | $1,499 extra | ✓ Included free |
| Year 1 total cost | $349 + $499 + $1,499 = $2,347 | $1,199 |
| Year 2+ annual cost | $848/year | $1,199/year |
The honest framing:
In year one, Studio is $1,148 cheaper than the self-serve equivalent. The Migration + Setup Service ($1,499 standalone) is included free — that’s what moves the math decisively. If you’re starting Studio with a migration from Patreon or Supercast, this is not a close comparison.
Year two and beyond, the gap reverses: Studio is $351/year more than Multi-Show + Bundle. That $351 buys priority support (direct access to the people who built the plugin) and early beta access to new features. Whether that’s worth it depends on your scale.
At 500 paying subscribers averaging $10/month — $60,000/year in subscriber revenue — $351 is a rounding error. At 100 subscribers the same math looks different. Studio is designed for podcasters who are already operating at meaningful scale.
Who Multi-Show + Bundle is right for: Podcasters who are comfortable handling their own setup, don’t need priority support, and want the full toolkit at the lowest ongoing cost. Completely legitimate choice.
Who Studio is right for: Podcasters who want everything handled, value the direct support relationship, and for whom year-one savings and ongoing simplicity are the deciding factors.
Phase 1 Reality Check
Section label: One thing to know upfront.
Benecaster currently requires a separate subscription plugin to handle payment processing and subscriber management. This is a Phase 1 reality — Benecaster’s built-in payment system ships in Phase 2, approximately 3–6 months after launch.
For Phase 1, the supported subscription plugins are: MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, and Restrict Content Pro. Each has its own licensing cost.
What this means for Studio customers:
You’ll need one of these plugins in addition to Benecaster. If you’re already running one of them, nothing changes. If you’re starting fresh, the Standard Setup service includes selecting, installing, and fully configuring your subscription plugin — so this is a decision you delegate to us, not one you have to research yourself.
Phase 2 (built-in payment processing) will ship as a free update to all existing licenses. When it ships, the subscription plugin requirement disappears for podcasters who prefer the simplified path. Your Studio license covers it — no upgrade purchase needed.
Who Studio Is For
Section label: A short self-assessment.
Studio makes sense if most of these are true:
- You’re already running a monetized podcast with a meaningful subscriber base
- You’ve used or plan to use multiple add-ons — not just one or two
- Your time is worth more than the cost difference between Studio and Multi-Show + Bundle
- A broken feed during peak hours is a real business problem, not a minor annoyance
- You’d rather someone else handle the setup than spend a week on configuration
- You want to know what’s coming in the product before it ships
Studio is probably not the right starting point if:
- You’re still validating whether paid subscriptions work for your audience
- You have under 100–150 paying subscribers
- You only need one or two add-ons
- You’re comfortable with technical configuration and don’t need white-glove onboarding
The Growth or Pro plan gets you a fully functional private podcast subscription system at a fraction of the cost. Studio is for podcasters who are past the “does this work for my audience?” question.
