My WooCommerce product variation isn’t showing up in Benecaster’s tier mapping. Why?
This is by design. Benecaster maps tiers by the parent subscription product, not individual variations. In Benecaster → Settings → Subscription → Tier Mapping, you’ll see one entry per subscription product — the parent — not one entry per variation.
Find the parent product in the list and map it to the appropriate Benecaster tier. All variations of that product will then grant that tier’s access, regardless of which variation the subscriber purchased.
This means you can offer multiple pricing patterns for the same membership level — monthly and annual billing, regional pricing, a discounted rate for students, a founding member price — all as variations of one product, all mapping to the same Benecaster tier. One tier mapping entry covers all of them.
