How does Benecaster know which of my subscribers are paying?

When you map your membership tiers in Benecaster → Settings → Subscription → Tier Mapping, Benecaster reads the price of each tier from your membership plugin and marks it paid or free accordingly. A daily background sync re-checks tier prices so that if you change a paid tier to free in your membership plugin, Benecaster reflects that within 24 hours.

This works automatically for all supported bridges — WooCommerce Subscriptions, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and Restrict Content Pro.

Subscribers you manually add to a paid tier (admin-comped access) count toward your paying subscriber limit the same as any other paid-tier subscriber. They also count toward the total token cap.
