Service: Standard Setup
$499 — One-time service, not a subscription.
We set up Benecaster on your site. You get a working private podcast.
Standard Setup is a hands-on configuration service. We install Benecaster on your WordPress site, connect your subscription plugin or Built-in Membership, configure your private RSS feeds, set up your email templates, and install your subscriber account page. Before we hand over, we run through the full subscriber journey together — sign up, welcome email, RSS URL in a podcast app, episode access — and confirm everything works end-to-end.
You share your login. We handle everything else.
On Studio? Standard Setup is included as part of Migration + Setup — no separate purchase needed.

We handle the technical setup. You focus on your show.
- Plugin installation and license activation — Benecaster installed and activated on your WordPress site; plan tier verified
- Subscription bridge configuration — your membership plugin (MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, or Benecaster Built-in Membership) connected to Benecaster, tiers mapped, bridge tested with a real subscriber account
- Feed setup — your show’s private RSS feeds configured, token authentication verified, feed validated against podcast app requirements
- Email templates — subscriber welcome email, token reset, and core templates set up and tested; a test welcome email verified end-to-end
- Subscriber account page — the subscriber self-service page (personal RSS URL, QR code, deep links to podcast apps) installed and styled to match your site
- Pre-launch walk-through — we run through the full subscriber journey before handing over: sign up → receive welcome email → add RSS URL to podcast app → access episode
All work is done on your actual WordPress site, not a demo site.
Before we start.
To book and complete Standard Setup, you’ll need:
- Purchase of this Standard Setup service (or a Studio plan, which includes Migration + Setup)
- An active Benecaster plan (any paid plan)
- A WordPress site with admin access (we’ll need credentials for the duration of the setup)
- A subscription plugin installed or willingness to install one — or Benecaster’s built-in membership (no external plugin required): MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, or Benecaster Built-in Membership (requires a Stripe account)
- Episode audio already hosted with a podcast hosting provider (Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Transistor, Captivate, etc.) — Benecaster generates RSS feeds that point to your hosted audio; we cannot complete setup without accessible audio URLs
Not included in Standard Setup:
- Subscription plugin purchase or configuration beyond the Benecaster bridge
- Patreon or Supercast subscriber migration (see Migration + Setup)
- Custom template or theme work beyond basic CSS adjustments to match your brand
- Ongoing support after the setup is complete (your plan includes standard support)
Simple process.
- Purchase and book — you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your setup call
- Setup call (30–60 minutes) — we walk through your current setup, your subscription plugin or Built-in Membership choice, and any specific requirements
- We work — setup is completed within 2–3 business days of the call; you’ll receive a progress update
- Handover — we walk you through everything that was configured and confirm the subscriber journey works end-to-end
- You’re live — ready to accept your first paying subscribers
