Sync a custom field value to an external system on save

Free Intermediate Since v1.0.0

Fires after every FieldValueStore::set() call, including when a value is cleared (null). Fires once per field per save — not once per batch. Guard with a $cpt_slug check to avoid processing episode saves in a guest-only callback. Use to push individual field updates to a CRM, CDP, or content management system without polling.
