benecaster_bridge_promote_complete
Fires when the Promote to Bridge wizard run finishes, after all subscriber rows have been processed. This hook fires exactly once per run regardless of outcome — even if all rows errored.
The `$promoted`, `$skipped`, and `$errors` counts together account for the total number of subscribers in the input list. A skipped subscriber already exists in the target bridge. This is a Premium hook that only registers when a valid license is active.
