benecaster_addon_is_active_for_any_show()

The install-wide counterpart to benecaster_addon_is_active(), mirroring benecaster_any_show_is_premium(). For callers that have no show in hand.

On an install with no connected show, no per-show cache can exist, so this falls back to the site-wide benecaster_active_addons list — which stays authoritative in exactly that case.
