Everything You Need to Run a Paid Podcast. On Your Own Site.
Benecaster is a WordPress plugin for podcasters who want to own their subscribers and keep their revenue. Every feature on this page is included on every plan, including the free Launch plan. Your plan decides how many paying subscribers and shows you can run, never which tools you get.
Private Feeds Your Subscribers Never Have to Think About
Every subscriber gets their own private RSS feed, unique to them. Their podcast app polls it like any other feed, so there is no separate app to install and nothing to log in to. To them it is a normal podcast subscription. To you it is complete control over who hears what.
Subscribers get one-tap links to add their feed to their podcast app, and QR codes are available for both signup and feed setup.

Release Each Episode on Its Own Schedule, Per Tier
Set a different release date for the same episode on each subscriber tier. Give your top tier early access, release to a lower tier later, or keep an episode behind the paywall for good. Set defaults for the whole show so most episodes just work, then override any single episode.
Subscribers You Own
Your subscriber data lives in your WordPress database, not on someone else’s platform. You can see who is subscribed and what each of them has access to, and the relationship stays yours if you ever change membership plugins or move hosts.

A Page for Your Subscribers
Subscribers get an account page of their own, where they can find their private feed, add it to their podcast app, reset their feed link and download their data.

Works With the Membership Plugin You Already Use — or Comes With Its Own
Already running MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro, or Restrict Content Pro? Benecaster sits between that plugin and your audio host, doesn’t replace either, and keeps your theme and your audio hosting exactly as they are.
Don’t have one? Benecaster’s built-in membership handles subscription tiers and Stripe billing directly — no separate plugin required.

Sell Extras to Your Subscribers
Tiers are a ladder, and extras sit beside it. They’re optional things any subscriber can add to the plan they already pay for, such as a back catalogue of bonus episodes, an ad-free cut of the show or transcripts. An extra goes onto the subscriber’s existing subscription, so there’s no second checkout.
You set the terms of each offer:
- A price for each billing period, or none. An extra sold only on annual plans gives people a reason to go annual.
- Free with a billing period. “Upgrade to annual and get transcripts” is a price of zero on your annual plan.
- A limit on how many people can have it, for “the first 50 subscribers”.
- A sale window, for “this month only”.
When the limit fills or the sale ends, nobody new can get the extra, and everyone who already has it keeps it.
An extra can unlock episodes in the private feed the subscriber already uses. It can also unlock anything you put on a page, such as a bonus video or extra writing.
Extras are part of Benecaster’s built-in membership. They aren’t available when your memberships run through MemberPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Paid Memberships Pro or Restrict Content Pro. In your dashboard they’re called buy-ups.
Analytics and Search
See how your feeds are being used, and give your listeners full-text search across your episodes.
Coming From Another Platform?
The Migration Wizard brings your subscribers over from Patreon and Supercast, including their private feeds, and keeps your listeners informed while you move. It is included on Growth and above, and available as an add-on on Launch and Starter.
Add What You Need
Add-ons extend Benecaster for the things not every show needs. They are available on every plan and priced separately from your plan, so a Launch podcaster can buy the same tools as a Studio one.
Fixed Cost. No Platform Cut.
You pay one fixed price for your plan, with no percentage of your revenue and no per-subscriber fee.
