Build a custom subscriber dashboard with template functions

Build a fully custom subscriber account page from benecaster_get_user_tier_for_show(), benecaster_get_feed_url(), and benecaster_get_template_part() in a theme template. This is the alternative to the built-in Blocks & Widgets account block when you need a layout the block’s style options can’t accommodate.

Which shows a subscriber belongs to is answered by asking each show for their tier rather than by querying the token table. It reads as more work and is in fact less: a tier slug is what you want for the “your plan” line anyway, an empty string is the clean signal that they are not subscribed to that show, and a developer hooking benecaster_user_tier_for_show to grant access during a grace period gets the same answer here as everywhere else in the plugin.
