Integrate with a membership plugin not in the core bridge set

Free Advanced Since v1.0.0

Implement BridgeInterface for a custom membership plugin, register it via benecaster_boot, and activate it for a show with BridgeManager::set_active_bridge(). Covers all nine required methods, the NullBridge fallback pattern, and why on_subscription_changed() is commonly a no-op. The bridge picker UI does not auto-discover third-party bridges — activation is programmatic. See also BridgeInterface reference for full method contracts.
