Sync your migration outreach notes to your CRM

The Your notes box on the migration dashboard is the one thing on a migrated person’s row you write yourself. benecaster_migration_patron_note_saved fires after each save, so this recipe mirrors the note into a CRM.

The note is yours, not the subscriber’s. Benecaster leaves it out of their personal-data export because it may say something you would never send them. Copy it only somewhere your team reads — never to a profile field, a comment or an email the subscriber can see.

A note replaces the one before it; it is not a log. $notes is empty when the note was cleared, so treat an empty string as “delete”, not as “nothing happened”.
