benecaster_wizard_late_step_declined

Fires when the podcaster turns down a setup step an add-on requested after setup: Skip in the step, No thanks on the notice (once for each pending step), or closing the run part-way (once for the current step and once for each step after it).

Declining is permanent. The step is not offered on that show again, and calling benecaster_request_wizard_step() again does not reopen it. If your add-on needs a way back, offer one in its own settings.
