benecaster_migration_subscriber_completed
Fires when a migrated subscriber finishes the move by signing up with you. By then their migration record reads signed up and the dashboard counts them. Use it for anything meant for migrated people — a thank-you, a CRM tag. The migration’s own completion email listens here.
Use this, not Benecaster’s benecaster_subscription_activated. That fires for every new subscriber on the site; this fires only for someone who was in an open migration on that show.
It fires once per person, not once per payment event. A signup finished by both the browser and the payment webhook still announces once, so a callback needs no guard of its own.
$tier_slug is the tier they signed up for, which can differ from the tier they were mapped to — the checkout lists every tier the show publishes. It also fires for somebody who finishes onto a free tier.
It does not fire for the import itself, nor when their record could not be updated. Someone whose grace period had already ended and who pays later is restarting, not completing: their record stays lapsed and this does not fire.
