benecaster_migration_import_started
Fires once when a migration import opens, before the first row of the CSV is read. No patron row, WordPress account or feed token exists yet. The import’s own record is already written, so a listener can read its tier mapping, options and grace-period end by $batch_id and know what the run is about to do.
options carries free_tier_slugs: the mapped tier slugs this run treated as free, plus the reserved __follower_list__ where a free source tier went to the follower list. It is the only lasting record of who was free — token_type reads subscriber for a paying migrant and for a free member on a free tier alike. The key is written as [] when nothing was free; a missing key means the import predates it and nothing is known.
It does not fire when the import could not be started: when its record could not be created, or when Benecaster is too old for the Migration Wizard and the import is refused.
$batch_id is the import’s ID in benecaster_migration_imports. The batch and the import are the same record; there is no separate batch identifier.
