Renders the [benecaster_supporter_wall] shortcode — a grid of opted-in subscribers with avatars, display names, tier badges, and optionally their “Why I support” message. Message cards are included only when the show-level toggle is on and the subscriber has a non-empty stored message. Attributes: show_id, limit (default 50, hard cap 500), tier (optional tier slug filter), order.
