`benecaster_subscriber_badge_removed`

Fires after a badge has been removed from a subscriber. The removal has already happened by the time the hook runs — the badge is gone whatever the handler does.

Use it to notify the subscriber, to roll back state in a downstream integration that was granted alongside the badge, or to record the removal for audit.
