Switch off the Blocks & Widgets welcome guide

The block editor shows each user a one-time welcome to the Benecaster blocks. “Seen” is the welcomeGuideSeen preference in the benecaster/blocks-widgets scope of WordPress’s preferences store, saved per user. Setting it before the editor renders suppresses the guide — useful on a client site where you have already shown people around.

The scope, the key and the benecaster-blocks-widgets-editor script handle are the contract; the guide’s pages are not. Set it to false to show the guide again.
