Act when somebody’s migration lapses — and not on every revoked feed on the site

The obvious hook is Benecaster’s benecaster_token_revoked, but that fires for every revocation on the site — a cancellation, an admin removal — so a callback there would treat all of them as lapsed migrations. benecaster_migration_subscriber_dropped fires only for someone whose migration grace period ran out.

Do not treat it as a cancellation, and do not tell them their feed has stopped. Nobody decided it; a clock ran out. They keep their account, their feed link keeps working with your public episodes, and the link in their emails still lets them restart. If they do, they get their original feed link back. A restart does not fire the migration’s completion hook, so do not wait for one.
