Fires when the Supporter Wall is turned off for a show — a 1 to 0 transition only. Same-value writes do not fire it, so a callback can treat this as a genuine state change and flush caches precisely.

The counterpart benecaster_supporter_wall_enabled fires on the 0 to 1 transition. Hook both to keep full-page caches containing [benecaster_supporter_wall] accurate in either direction.
